These Community Standards apply to the TeamVAMOS mobile application published by Vamos Enterprises LLC ("Vamos," "we," "us," or "our") on Google Play, the App Store, and related distribution channels.
TeamVAMOS is an invite-only team communication app for coaches, athletes, parents, and staff. Access requires an invite code from a team administrator. These standards describe the behavior we expect and how we address safety concerns.
Expected Conduct
- Use TeamVAMOS only for legitimate team communication — schedules, training, events, and respectful conversation among members.
- Treat coaches, athletes, parents, and staff with respect.
- Share only content you have the right to share.
- Follow instructions from team administrators regarding appropriate use of the app.
Prohibited Content & Behavior
The following are strictly prohibited on TeamVAMOS:
- Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or discrimination.
- Sexual content, solicitation, or exploitation of any kind.
- Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
- Sharing another person's private information without consent.
- Spam, impersonation, or attempts to circumvent invite-only access controls.
- Any activity that endangers the safety of children or other members.
Zero tolerance: TeamVAMOS has zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM. Users may not create, share, solicit, store, or distribute content that exploits or endangers children.
Child Safety
The TeamVAMOS community may include minors who train and compete with the team. Accounts for minors are created and managed by Vamos administrators with parent or guardian consent, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We are committed to:
- Keeping TeamVAMOS invite-only so access is limited to known team members and families.
- Allowing coaches and administrators to remove members and delete inappropriate messages.
- Reviewing safety reports promptly and taking appropriate action.
- Complying with applicable child safety laws and regulations.
Reporting Concerns
Members can report safety concerns or inappropriate content in any of these ways:
- In the app: Profile tab → Help & support

- Through a coach or administrator, who can remove content or suspend access
When we receive a report, we review it promptly. We may remove content, restrict or remove accounts, and contact law enforcement or child safety organizations when required.
CSAM Response
If we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM on TeamVAMOS, we will remove the content, disable the responsible account, preserve relevant records as required by law, and report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other appropriate regional authorities.
Enforcement
Coaches, Senseis, and administrators may mute members, remove members from groups, or delete inappropriate messages. Vamos administrators may suspend or permanently remove accounts that violate these standards.
